Floral and bright: jasmine and bergamot on the nose, ripe peach and lemon tea in the cup, with a clean, honeyed finish.
Where it comes from
Grown by smallholders above 1,900 metres near Yirgacheffe, washed and dried on raised beds. Roasted light to keep the flowers.
